Last updated August 5, 2026.
Information you provide
A Project Inquiry may include your name, organization, contact email, organization website, selected service area, a description of the situation, general information about people, tools, or systems involved, relevant requirements or constraints, and timing.
How inquiry information is used
Averardo Works uses inquiry information to assess fit, respond to the request, prepare for a conversation, recommend a next step, and maintain basic business records related to the inquiry.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, health records, regulated production data, confidential customer records, or unapproved proprietary source material through the website. If an engagement later requires sensitive information or access, an appropriate handling method should be agreed first.
What this website is for
The Project Inquiry is a first-contact intake for describing an operational, workflow, AI, network, or systems problem at a high level. The website is not a customer portal, support desk, payment page, emergency-response channel, or file drop for sensitive material.
Analytics, logs, and cookies
Averardo Works does not currently use website analytics, advertising cookies, newsletter tracking, or embedded scheduling tools. Standard server logs and essential security or form cookies may be used to operate and protect the site. This page will be updated if those practices change.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information may be retained as long as needed to respond, follow up, manage the relationship, or keep basic business records. Averardo Works does not sell inquiry information.
Information is shared only when needed to operate the website, respond to the inquiry, work with a service provider involved in that process, or comply with law.
